Everyday Property Management was founded by Nicholas and Amanda Christo, a husband-and-wife team who are also experienced local landlords in Central Florida. After years of successfully managing their own portfolio of rental properties throughout Florida, they discovered a gap in the market: most property management companies didn’t offer the hands-on attention, cost efficiency, or high standards of care they demanded for their own homes.
